Bavette Steak

Bavette Steak is similar in texture to skirt steak but is a thicker cut or meat than a skirt steak or flank steak. This makes it perfect to marinade and grill to thinly cut into a more elevated fajita or just great as a stand alone steak.

All of our Bavette steaks are 1 per package with an average weight of 1.2 lbs.
