Denver Steak

Our Denver steaks are packed full of uniform marbling through the steak and have an amazing beefy flavor profile somewhere between a NY strip and a ribeye. Denver steaks are also one of steaks that come from the shoulder area specifically under the shoulder blade, but with very little use in that area these steaks are another great tender choice. Great for Grilling or a nice hot pan sear for a beautiful crust.

All our Denver Steaks are cut to 11/4 inches, 1 per package, Average weight is 12-15 oz.
