Inside Skirt Steak

Our skirt steaks are packed full of marbling and rich buttery beefy flavor. Skirt steaks are a very thin loose grain cut and known to be a bit chewy. With that being said though a good marinade and a hot fast cook to at least an internal temperature of 130 degrees followed by cutting the meat across the grain you get an amazing meat most preferred for fajitas.
