Outside Skirt Steak

Our skirt steaks are packed full of marbling and rich buttery beefy flavor. Skirt steaks are a very thin loose grain cut and known to be a bit chewy. With that being said though a good marinade and a hot fast cook to at least an internal temperature of 130 degrees followed by cutting the meat across the grain you get an amazing meat most preferred for fajitas. The vast difference between outside skirt steak is it is usually a bit thicker and more flavorful which is why it is usually the most preferred of the two skirt steaks.
