Tri-Tip

The tri-tip comes from the tip of the sirloin and is sometimes also referred to as the California’s cut or Santa Maria steak. With great marbling and flavor the tri-tip is best suited for a heavy rub and grilled to medium rare. Finished by slicing across the grain and served for a great weekend cookout meal with the family and friends.
